My name is Jennifer Turner and I am a Graphic Designer and Art Director from Vancouver, B.C. I love all things art, music and design. Currently, I'm working as a freelance Graphic Designer and Art Director for multiple clients.
My passion for illustration and drawing began when I was just a kid. I still remember the Sailor Moon portraits I would whip-up throughout elementary school. By the time high school rolled around, I often found myself illustrating and hand-lettering my way through lectures, creating beautiful cover pages for every subject while trying to focus on my teachers. I suspect that was my right-brain taking over.
Inspired by Jessica Hische's quote, "The work you do while you procrastinate is probably the work you should be doing for the rest of your life"; I decided to enhance my design skills and registered at the Visual College of Art and Design, where I graduated with a diploma in Graphic Design. Although my specialty is hand-lettering and illustration, I also provide overall corporate and product branding, campaign concept and execution, logo design, and design and production for both print and digital channels. My work involves both one-on-one works with clients as well as collaborative projects with other artists and design professionals.
When I'm not working, you can find me exploring and adventuring the great outdoors either camping, snowboarding, hiking or just hanging at the beach.
